Thank you for discussing “Jerry and Marge Go Large” by Jason Fagone + Reflections
The seventh month of Article Club is in the books! We read and annotated Jason Fagone’s “Jerry and Marge Go Large” and participated in two online discussions. Plus we got to know Article Clubbers Jessica and Jennifer, too.
Thank you!
Thank you to Ainate, Jessica, Jennifer, Tony, Molly, Gail, Tyler, Nathalie, Peter, Summer, Kati, Camille, and Elise for joining the discussions. I’m very grateful. Also I appreciate all 140+ of you for being part of Article Club. We’re building a strong community of thoughtful readers who want to connect with each other.
Special thanks to Mr. Fagone, who answered our questions fully and thoughtfully in this podcast episode. Thank you!
If you loved “Jerry and Marge Go Large” as much as I did, get your hardbound copy of the article, as a book — as I did!
I can’t wait to do Article Club again. Next Sunday is my birthday, so I’ll reveal the August article on Sunday, Aug. 9. You’re going to want to read it and discuss it. See you soon!
Reflections and celebrations are open: What did you appreciate about this month’s Article Club?
Go ahead, shout out your fellow Article Clubbers, and if you have a message for Mr. Fagone, I’ll be sure to send it his way. Also, if you have ideas to make August even better, feel free to share.

Article Club is a newish experiment in community reading. We read and discuss one outstanding article or book chapter a month. We invite the author to join our conversation, too. Thanks Mark for another engaging get together. It was nice to be in a different time slot to see different people and hear their points of view. It was also cool to see Tony again after a long hiatus. ( 95 degrees in CT? YIKES!! This might be a time where CA looks really attractive?? 8) )
I liked having a group that had men and women because men bring a different perspective to the conversation. I look forward to the next one and wish we could hold the group in person. Hopefully the virus will be gone in 2021!! Happy early birthday my friend!!!
